Most of the pieces are made to order, which means orders ship between 3 days (for ready to ship pieces) up to 6 weeks from time of purchase.
Please refer to specific item listings or contact me to know the exact turnaround time.
If you need a piece for a specific date, please contact me prior to order to make sure it is possible. I always try to accommodate everyone.  Once your order has shipped, an automated note of confirmation with tracking information ( when applicable) will be sent to the email address used to place your order.  

Shipping Methods:

Different shipping methods are available upon checkout. Please note that Express shipping does not affect the processing and creation part of the jewelry. 
Our packages are usually shipped with Canada Post.

Import fees and customs : 

Every country's import taxes (and or) duty fees are different and it is your responsibility alone to be aware of your own country's custom laws as well as your responsibility to pay the additional taxes & duty fees that goes along with importing merchandise from our country. If a package hold for customs is shipped back our way, it is your responsibility to purchase additional shipping.

For insurance, please don't ask us to add a lesser value on customs documents than what the order is actually worth.
